Requirements:

• college or university degree in finance/accounting/management/information management
• strong written and spoken English (in audit groups dealing with German clients, advanced English and German are necessary)
• good computer skills (Word, Excel)
• good team worker
• effective communication skills
• determined and persuasive attitude

Selection process

1. Entry tests

The first step of the selection process is to write entry tests on:

• logical skills
• language skills (English and German)
• audit

You can write the tests on our campaigns.

2. Assessment Center
If your test results are good, you can participate in a one-day selection process: Assessment Center, where you will have to complete team exercise and case studies.
The Assessment Center is closed by a personal interview. (In Tax Advisory service there is only a personal interview.)

3. Decision / Offer

Regarding the selection results, we inform you on phone within 2 working days following the Assessment Center.
In the case of a positive result a written job offer is made.
