KPMG's Real Estate Advisory Team in Hungary is looking for ambitious junior candidates in the following position:

Real Estate Analyst

• College or University Degree specialized in business related discipline (real estate, economics etc.)
• 1 year relevant experience in real estate advisory and/or appraisal is an advantage
• Native Hungarian language knowledge
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• Excellent numerical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Good team worker
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Willingness to become a real estate professional advisor

• Research, market analysis and report writing
• Project deliver capability
• Participate in property valuation and investment planning
• Openness to build relationships with clients and other industry professionals

• Challenging work on real estate related valuations and other advisory work
• A thorough insight into the real estate sector
• Tasks comprising collecting and processing business information, performing complex analyses, and professional written or oral presentation of findings
