KPMG in Hungary is looking for ambitious candidates for the following position:

Junior Actuary

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the actuarial aspects of insurance and other financial services as well as modeling
• Actuarial education and/or training background - candidates without working experience could also be considered
• Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work abroad occasionally

Advantage:

• Working experience in insurance/finance industry, supervision, or advisory/audit
• Experience in using actuarial and/or statistical software
• Knowledge of German and/or CEE languages

Principal responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Actuarial Services team of KPMG in CEE
• Contribute to actuarial advisory, model development and audits
• Cooperate with other professionals locally, in the CEE region and in Europe
